Outstanding skins on this ample, chocolate brown early 1900's Edwardian hornback alligator handbag with full osteoderms (back scales) that wrap from front to back. Skins are fabulously supple and glossy with thick top handle and sliding solid brass top clasp. Gorgeous taupe genuine leather interior appears nearly unused with no stains or significant signs of use, and features one long open side pocket. A gorgeous, ample bag and perfect for those that are tired of all the mass produced bags out there! Nearly impossible to find these bags in this condition! If not for some very minor skin loss on top frame, this bag would be near mint! Amazing!
