Rare 1950's-60's LUCILLE de PARIS Taupe Alligator Evening Bag

Fabulous and rare (possibly custom made) 1950's-60's Lucille de Paris taupe alligator and crocodile porosus evening bag with silver hardware and carry chain, marcasite encrusted top flip closure and black enamel top frame. Feminine size with gorgeous, supple crocodile porosus belly skins on front and alligator belly skins on back! Spotless chocolate brown heavy satin fabric interior with 2 open side pockets - signed "Lucille de Paris" and "Julius Garfinkel & Co., Washington, D.C." The previous owner's name is also embossed on the other pocket "Hilda B. Zoller." A gorgeous evening bag by one of the best vintage design houses!
