Petite 1930's-40's Antique Alligator & Butterscotch BAKELITE Purse
Wonderful 1930's-40's antique alligator and stunning, butterscotch bakelite handbag with front paws and full osteoderms (back scales). This bag is gorgeous with it's thick 1" Art Deco style bakelite frame and swivel top clasp, braided leather rope handle and gorgeous, supple skins (with front paws - all fingers and toenails accounted for!). Interior is a spotless chocolate brown genuine suede with attached change purse and 1 open side pocket with original mirror!
Measurements: 7" H x 8" W x 1.5" D, Handle adds 5.5" to height.
Condition: Excellent to Near Mint
