Outstanding dark espresso brown skins on this ample 13.5" long early 1900's Edwardian hornback alligator handbag with full osteoderms (back scales) that wrap from front to back. Skins are fabulously supple and glossy with original rolled skin top handle and sliding solid brass top clasp and locks. Clean mustard genuine leather interior is in lovely condition with normal indications of use and a large darker stain on one side, but no damage or significant wear. A gorgeous, ample bag and perfect for those that are tired of all the mass produced bags out there! Nearly impossible to find these bags in this condition! If not for the interior stain, this bag would be near mint!
