Great Deco design and supple skins on this fabulous dark brown 1940's alligator skin handbag with large brass top clasp from Argentina! Terrific shape with soft gathered alligator skins, double skin top handles and skin covered top frame secured with a chunky 4-prong solid brass top clasp. Spotless interior is very roomy and done in a brown sueded genuine leather, and features 2 open pockets - signed "Genuine Alligator, Made in Argentina, Industria Argentina." A gorgeous bag from days gone by!
