Gorgeous 1960's-1970's jet black turtle skin handbag with gold tone and black Lucite chunky hand strap by Sacha, Made in France! Beautiful shiny black skins with skin covered top frame and chunky black Lucite top clasp. Two exterior pockets with a clasped middle section.
