Fabulous, large 13.5" dark brown 1950's-60's alligator skin shoulder bag by Vassar! Great construction and nice ample size with rare exterior front pocket and shiny solid brass fittings, floating side hinges, and top clasp, and strong 1" thick shoulder strap. The scales on this bag are HUGE - this was a big alligator! The interior is a spotless pumpkin colored genuine leather with 2 open, 1 snapped, and 1 zippered pockets and a matching coin purse - signed "Genuine Alligator, Vassar!" Four protective feet on bottom. This is the perfect everyday bag and is in like-new, unused condition!
Measurements: 9.5" H x 13.5" W x 4" D, Strap has an 8" drop.
