Lovely 1940's Chocolate DECO Style ALLIGATOR Skin CLUTCH

Great Deco design on this gorgeous chocolate brown 1940's alligator skin clutch! This fabulous, supple beauty is made entirely of alligator flank (side) skins (the most flexible skins) and are glossy and buttery soft. Large 4.5" skin covered flip down front clasp with brass detailing (shows some minor scratches) opens to reveal a spotless brown grosgrain fabric with 1 open and 1 zippered side pocket(s). A remarkable bag in a great size and beautiful condition!
