Lovely 1940's Brown Alligator Handbag w/BAKELITE Frame & Paws!
Wonderful 1940's antique hornback alligator handbag with substantial BAKELITE top frame. This bag is to die for with it's 1" thick Art Deco style bakelite frame and swivel top clasp, braided leather rope handle and gorgeous, supple skins with front paws! Interior is a spotless chocolate brown genuine suede with 1 open side pocket and a clasped change purse. This bag would be mint if not for some slight signs of wear to the interior change purse. Interior tag reads "Guaranteed Real Alligator." A fabulous collector's piece!
