HUGE Early 1900's Brown Victorian Alligator Clutch Bag w/Paws
Gorgeous early 1900's very large Victorian/Edwardian alligator skin clutch purse with front paws and full osteoderms (head and back scales) that run from front to back. Skins are fabulously supple with double brass top locks and clasp (work perfectly!). This lovely girl was undoubtedly a handbag at some point, but you would never know it! Skins are in lovely, supple condition, showing only minor skin loss on top frame, and light wear to side piping. Interior is a spotless olive/dark mustard leather interior with one open side pocket!
