Classic design on this beautiful jet black Martin Van Schaak 1950's-60's lizard skin clutch shoulder CROSS BODY bag with chunky gold tone flip down front clasp with removable chain strap (a replacement)! Beautiful, supple skins with spotless black genuine leather interior with 3 separate sections including a zippered middle section and 2 open and 1 zippered side pocket(s) - signed "Martin van Schaak, New York." The bag includes a matching leather change purse and the original mirror. A few very light surface scratches on interior and replacement chain keep this lovely bag from Mint - otherwise perfect condition.  A highly collectable bag by a much sought after vintage designer!
