Lovely antique early 1900's Edwardian chocolate brown alligator belly skin doctor bag with solid brass sliding top clasp and flip down brass top lock (one is missing, but does not impact the bag staying closed). Structured leather top handle and skin covered top frame (shows some skin loss, which is typical on these bags), with 5 protective brass feet on bottom. Skins are in nice, supple condition, with signs of wear to the leather piping, but otherwise terrific shape for being 100 years old and fully usable! Genuine leather mustard colored interior shows normal signs of use for a bag this age, with some expected stains and some wearing on the interior leather gussets and corners. There are 4 protective feet on the bottom and bottom is stamped with a "14" and "22." A terrific piece of history!
Condition: Very Very Good
