1930's-40's Antique HORNBACK ALLIGATOR Skin Travel Case Luggage
WOW! Wonderful and rare antique hornback alligator skin travel case luggage with silver hardware and slide locks and Bakelite handle from the 1930's-40's. Fabulous skins with full back and tail skins that cover the front and back and the large "head horns" on front under handle. Structured Bakelite handle and four protective large silver feet on underside. Beautiful cognac skins show some very minor battle scars, but are in excellent condition overall. Very clean interior shows some normal signs of use - no damage - and is cognac leather on the top with an olive grosgrain fabric with pleated side pockets. A great piece of history in wonderful condition and fully carryable!
