Stunning piece with premium skins! Gorgeous and functional extra large 15" x 11" warm cognac large scaled premium center cut alligator belly skin portfolio folder document business case from the 1990's-2000's from Nordstrom (original Nordstrom price $2,400.00). Skins are in supple, perfect condition with umbillical cord scar front and center (a sign of quality) and beautiful hand stitched edges with zippered top closure.  Clean, and roomy natural suede leather interior features 2 large folder compartments and a number of smaller pockets for cards, pens, etc.  The interior has a few very faint marks and one pen mark that someone tried to remove (see pictures) - the only issue keeping this from mint condition.  A fabulous, very hard to find item in gorgeous condition!
